8. AI Assistant

Our AI assistant is designed to handle customer interactions based on the information you provide during setup. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate product/service information
Setting appropriate policies (returns, shipping, etc.)
Monitoring the AI's interactions with customers
Intervening when necessary to correct errors

We are not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the AI that originated from your setup.

9. a!Panel Access

Your a!Panel credentials are for your use only. You must keep your login information secure and not share it with unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your a!Panel account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our Services will meet all your requirements
Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable
The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through our Services will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
