Getting Started
Welcome to EzBo! This guide will help you set up your AI assistant quickly and easily.
Creating an Account
To get started with EzBo, follow these steps:
- Visit the Pricing page and choose a plan that fits your needs
- Click "Get Started" and complete the checkout process
- Check your email for a confirmation message with your account details
- Log in to your My Account page
Note: If you're using the Professional or Enterprise plan, your subscription may take up to 3 hours to activate.
Initial Setup
After purchasing your subscription:
Step 1: Set Up Your AI Assistant
Your AI Assistant setup starts automatically after purchase:
- Submit the required info, your AI will be ready in 3 hours.
- Check your email for setup instructions.
- If setting up later:
- Go to My Account > My Subscriptions
- Click "Setup a!Panel"
Step 2: Configure Basic Settings
Set up your business information, including:
- Business name and contact information
- Currency and payment methods

Step 3: Customize Your AI
